3Tera Loses Founder, Shuffles Execs

Aliso Viejo-based 3Tera, a developer of grid computing and utility computing applications, said Wednesday that founder Vladimir Miloushev, has died of a brain aneurysm. As a result, the firm has shuffled its executive staff, saying that Barry X Lynn, the company's Chairman, is now also serving as CEO of the firm. Peter Nickolov, the firm's CTO is now president and COO; and that Eric Tessler has been named VP of Engineering for the company. 3Tera has been developing software which is geared at scaling out web applications. The firm's founders are from Z-force: Nickolov was a co-founder of Z-force, and Tessler was on the engineering staff.
