Billion Dollar Babes Acquired By Delivery Agent

Hollywood-based Billion Dollar Babes, which operates a member-only, private sales business focused on fashion, home, and beauty, has been acquired by San Francisco-based Delivery Agent. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Delivery Agent, which says is powers interactive commerce and marketing initiatives for major televisio networks ABC< CBS, NBC, FOX, The CW, and cable networks-and also runs SeenON.com, said the acquisition will add entertainment-based private sales as a new marketing channel and revenue stream for its clients. Billion Dollar Babes was founded in 2001.
