DDi Looks To Buy PCB Manufacturer Coretec

Anaheim-based DDi Corp., a provider of printed circuit board engineering and manufacturing services, said Monday that it has made an offer to acquire Coretec, a designer and manufacturer of printed circuit boards. The firm said it offered CDN $3.6M ($3.4M US) for Coretec, in a deal that is subject to acceptance by Coretec. Coretec designs prototype and quick-turn PCBs for the North American market.
