Factual Doubles Space In Shanghai

Los Angeles-based data startup Factual has expanded its office in Shanghai, China, the company said Wednesday, with plans to boost hiring in the location. According to Factual, it currently has 12 people in Shanghai, mostly providing engineering services to the company, and now has space to easily accommodate 24 people. Factual said it hopes to fill up the new space and has been actively recruiting. Factual operates an online service, which provides a vast storehouse of data accessible by a number of APIs, to help power everything from location based services, mobile apps, business review sites, and much more.
