IVT Gets $5.5M

Los Angeles-based IVT, the web casting firm run by Greg Pulier, has announced that it has raised $5.5M in a Series B funding. The firm said that the new funding for the company was led by Syncom Venture Partners, and also included investors Barshop Ventures, Monitor Ventures, and Tudor Ventures. Monitor and Tudor are prior investors in the firm. The firm said the new funding will go to expands its go-to-market efforts. IVT serves clients such as Oracle, Rohm & Hass, IBM, and NEC particularly for corporate communications, investor relations, and training webcasts. IVT was formerly known as Interactive Video Technologies, and last raised funding back in 2006. This new funding brings its total raised to around $10.5M. More information »
