International Rectifier Names New CFO

El Segundo-based International Rectifier, a supplier of analog semiconductors, said Thursday afternoon that it has appointed Ilan Daskal as the firm's new Chief Financial Officer. According to IR, Daskal was most recently VP of FInance and Business Administration for Infineon Technologies. Daskal has also served at Savan Communication, which was acquired by Infineon, as well as a number of Israeli technology companies. Daskal replaces acting CFO Peter Knepper, who was appointed in April on a temporary basis. Knepper is a partner at Tatum LLC.
