Netifice, MegaPath Complete Merger

Costa Mesa-based Netifice Communications and Pleasanton-based MegaPath Networks have completed a merger, saying today that the two provider of Virtual Private Networks will operate under the name MegaPath and be headquartered in Costa Mesa. The firms report that they will now have a combined, $125M annual revenue. The two companies had initially announced the deal in February. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. MegaPath said that the combined company will be headed by Craig Young.
