OpenX Names New CTO

Los Angeles-base programmatic advertising marketplace operator OpenX has named a new Chief Technology Officer, according to the company. OpenX said it has named Michael Radovancevich as its new CTO, as well as shifting former Chief Legal Officer Douglas McPherson to become Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. Radovancevich was most recently CTO of Centro, and also served as CTo of Taleo. He also has been at General Electric, Taligent, and Apple. OPenX is a developer of online adverting technology, which it uses to run its own programmatic advertising exchange.
