RFaxis Adds Former RFMD Exec As Advisor

Irvine-based RFaxis, the developer of fabless semiconductors headed by Mike Neshat, said Tuesday that it has added Dr. David L. Lyon, former Vice President and Business General Manager of RF Micro Devices, as an advisor to the firm. Lyon is currently founder and CEo of consulting firm Sage Strategies. Lyon has also served as CEO of Silicon Wave, before its acquisition by RFMD, and also was at Pacific Communications Communications Sciences, which he founded and sold to Cirrus Logic. RFaxis is a developer of integrated RF front-end devices for the wireless communications market.
