SnapCuts Launches Facebook App

Pasadena-based SnapCuts, the developer of a social video greeting service which is headed by Bee Ottinger, has debuted a new Facebook app, which lets users assemble video-based messages and share them with their friends. The firm said its new Facebook app lets users "snap together" various video clips to form messages to friends, and also lets users add personalized notes to their newly created mashups. SnapCuts pulls clips from movies, television shows, and elsewhere, which can be mixed and combined to create custom video messages, and sent to friends as a video greeting card.
