Survios Scores $4M

Los Angeles-based Survios, a developer of virtual reality technology, announced Monday that it has raised $4M in a Series A venture funding round. The round was led by Shasta Ventures, and also included Felicis Ventures and angel investor Gen Isayama (World Innovation Lab). Survios is developing an immersive, 360 degree, virtual reality system. The startup was spawned out of Project Holodeck, a demonstration effort at an Orange County virtual reality conference. More information »
