TeleSign Names New CEO

Los Angeles-based mobile security and identity services provider TeleSign said Wednesday morning that it has named Aled Miles as the company's new CEO. Miles was previously at Symantec, most recently serving as Senior Vice President for Symantec's Norton business, Latin America, Global Strategic Accounts, and IoT, Cloud & SaaS Partnerships. Miles also served at GM and ForgeRock. TeleSign provides such services as the text and phone login verification and other, related services to help e-commerce and other web services providers ensure people are who they seem to be when logging in, purchasing a product, or otherwise access those services.
