Vubiq Networks Names New CEO

Irvine-based wireless broadband hardware developer Vubiq Networks announced this morning that it has named John Dilworth as the company's new CEO. Dilworth replaces CEO Ed Snyder, who the company said has stepped down "in order to pursue other opportunities." Dilworth was previously VP of Business Development at the company. Vubiq Networks develops 60 Ghz, millimeter wave Gigabit Ethernet wireless equipment, which is being aimed at broadband wireless fiber extensions, wireless metropolitan area networks, and mobile backhaul applications.
