WebSideStory Prices IPO

San Diego-based WebSideStory priced its IPO yesterday at $8.50 per share, and is expected to start trading soon on the Nasdaq under the symbol WSSI. WebSideStory provides web analytics software used by online retailers and others to analyze their web site traffic and design better web sites. The company originally filed for its IPO in May, and had most recently lowered its offering price in August. WebSideStory is backed by Summit Partners and TA Partners.
