Adcentrx Therapeutics Raises $38M

San Diego-based Adcentrx Therapeutics, a biotech company which is focused on treatments for cancer and other diseases, has raised $38M in a Series A+ funding round. The company said the funding was led by Eight Roads Ventures, and also included F-Prime Capital, ABio-X, Delta Capital, Trinity Innovation Fund, and others. The company was advised by Life Venture Partners and Lighthouse Capital in the deal. The company said the funding will go help it move its pipeline of novel antibody-drug conjugates into clinical development.
