AECOM Buys Savant

Los Angeles-based AECOM Technology Corporation, a provider of technical and management support services, said Friday afternoon that it has acquired Savant, a provider of project, cost, and construction management services in Europe. The firm did not disclose terms of the acquisition. AECOM said the move would expand its footprint in Russia, Eastern Europe, and the Commonwealth of Independent States. AECOm is a provider of project management for infrastructure, facilities, environmental, and energy projects.
