Los Angeles-based AECOM Technology Corporation said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Tecsult, a Montreal, Canada-based engineering firm. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. AECOM said that Tecsult will join its energy practice. AECOM provides technical and management consulting to transportation, energy, environmental, facilities, and other companies. Tecsult provides engineering services for the energy market, and specifically in the area of hydropower.
