Santa Monica-based Agensys and Seattle Genetics said today that the two are in an agreement to research, develop, and commercialize therapies for cancer. The multi-year agreement calls for the two to co-fund preclinical and clinical development and share profits. Agensys is developing therapeutic monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) to treat solid tumor cancers.
