Camarillo-based AML Communications, the manufacturer of microelectronic and microwave assemblies, said this morning that it has signed a definitive agreement and plan of merger with Microsemi Corporation. AML said Microsemi has agreed to pay $2.50 per share in cash for the company. Microsemi beat out Anaren in its bid for AML. Anaren had earlier offered $2.15 per share in cash to acquire AML.
