San Diego-based Anadys Pharmaceuticals has appointed Jennifer K. Crittenden as VP Finance. Crittenden will be responsible for accounting, SEC reporting, and tax compliance. She joins from Smith & Nephew's, and also has served at Dermagraft and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Anadys is a biopharmaecutical company working on discovery and commercializatino of anti-infective medicines.
