AqueSys Gets $35M




Irvine-based AqueSys, a developer of medical devices for the treatment of glaucoma, said today that it has raised $35M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by Longitude Capital and Rho Ventures, and also included Accuitive Medical Ventures, The Carlyle Group and SV Life Sciences. AqueSys develops, manufactures, and distributes implants for glaucoma, which are use to treat the disease in a minimally invasive way. More information »
