Carlsbad-based Arkeia (www.arkeia.com) has expanded the company's backup solution support to HP-UX 11i v2. The company said that its backup and recovery solution now supports the latest version of the HP-UX operating system based on the Intel Itanium architecture. Arkeia provides enterprise network backup solutions, bare metal disaster recovery, and integration with Oracle, DB2, and other databases.
