Los Angeles-based ARTISTdirect, which operates an online site focused on music and film, has signed on a group to represent the firm in advertising and sponsorship sales. According to ARTISTdirect, it has tapped Traffic Marketplace for its site, to extend its reach, particularly among the teen demographic. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The firms said that the firms will offer banners, sponsorships, audio ads, video and audio pre-rolls, custom skins, and wallpaper opportunities in the deal.
