Irvine-based Autobytel said this morning that it has signed a deal with The CAR (Conant Auto Retail) Group, a privately owned automotive group that Autobytel says is one of the nation's largest. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, however Autobytel said that The CAR Group will use its online referral program. The CAR Group owns Norm Reeves Honda, among other dealerships. Autobytel said that it will refer both new and used vehicle purchase requests to The CAR Group. Autobytel.com provides lead generation services for the automotive dealership market.
