El Segundo-based AWR, a developer of electronic design automation (EDA) software for high-frequency circuit designs, said late Thursday that it has scored a win with Anritsu Company, a developer of test and measurement products. According to AWR, Anritsu will include AWR's software as part of a new microwave test and measurement devices. AWR's software will be included as "AWR Connected for Anritsu" and integrated into Anritsu's VectorStar MS4640A firmware. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. Anritsu's hardware is used for RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave testing, for the aerospace/defense, satellite, commercial microwave communications, and other industries.
