San Diego-based data storage software firm BakBone Software said this morning that the NASD has denied the company's request to continue trading on the Over The Counter Bulleting Board (OTCBB), due to the company's failure to regularly report to the SEC. Effective Monday, February 14, the company will stop trading on the OTCBB. BakBone had failed to be current with its SEC filings, and is currently working on resolving issues in its fiscal 2004 results. BakBone said that the company's stock will now trade through Pink Sheets, and that it will file with the NASD for relisting on the OTCBB when it has resolved its delayed financial reports. BakBone develops backup and restore software.
