Goleta-based Bargain Network (www.bargain.com) announced it is joining the National Association of Public Auto Auctions (NAPAA). The association is a group of automotive aucation houses. The partnership will improve Bargain Network's list of auctioned vehicles on the web site, and give members of Bargain Network's web site access to NAPAA events.
