Better For All Deploys Compostable Cups At USC Men's Basketball Games

Pasadena-based Better For All, a developer of compostable, reusable drink cups, says its cups are being used by the The University of Southern California Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, at the upcoming Coca-Cola Zero-Waste Men's Basketball Game against Stanford University on Saturday. According to Better For All, it has developed a reusable, renewable, and certified home compostable cup, which is made out of a biopolymer, a substance made by fermenting plant seed oils. Better For All says that its cups are made from polymers produced by Kaneka Biopolymers, which is co-sponsoring all of USC Basketball's home games this season. The cups are being provided to VIP attendees at the Galen Center.
