Santa Monica-based BetterWorks rolled out a new set of features Monday for its service, which is used by employers to manage fringe benefit programs for their employees. The startup said Monday that it has added a new way to organize employees on BetterWorks by group, including by department, interest, titles, or more; provided better roles and permissions to administrators; and also added new tools to help manage charges on corporate accounts. BetterWorks, which is headed by Paige Craig, is backed by Redpoint Ventures.
