Boingo Goes Live At Dallas Love Field

Boingo Wireless, the operator of the global Wi-Fi hotspot network, said today that it has gone live at Dallas Love Field, the latest airport launch for the company. Boingo unveiled the new Wi-Fi network as part of the airport's upgraded North Concourse. Boingo offers up a multi-carrier, Wi-Fi network in the terminal, which lets customers of such partners as Spring, Skype, Verizon, and NTT DOCOMO access wireless Internet via an 802.11n network. Airports have been a big area of expansion for Boingo in recent months; the company says it now managed Wi-Fi services at more than 65 airports worldwide, including London Heathrow, Chicago O'Hare, New York John F. Kennedy, Beijing Capital International, and many others. The one airport that Boingo doesn't service? Its own home airport at Los Angeles International (LAX).
