Brian Lee Departs ZipRecruiter's Board, Two New Board Members Added

Veteran Los Angeles area entrepreneur and investor Brian Lee is departing the board of directors of ZipRecruiter, the company said on Monday, as the company adds two new members to the board, Yvonne Hao and Emily McEvilly. Lee had been on ZipRecruiter's board since 2015. Yvonne Hao is a Co-Founder and Advisor to Cove Hill Partners, a private equity firm, and also had served as COO and CFO of PillPack, a national retail e-commerce pharmacy, which was acquired by Amazon; she also served at Bain Capital, Honeywell International, and other companies. Emily McEvilly is the the Chief Customer Officer at OneTrust, and prior to that was Chief Customer Officer, for Workday for 11 years.
