Los Angeles-based CapLinked, the developer of software aimed at helping companies manage the fundraising process, is rolling out a new feature today which taps a user's LinkedIn contacts to suggest who to invite into deals and other business opportunities. The firm said the new "Suggestions" feature will help users maximize their LinkedIn contacts and decipher complex business relationships. CapLinked also said it now has over 10,000 users, representing 4,000 companies and 3,700 investors. The firm, which is headed by Eric Jackson and Christopher Grey, is backed by PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel, Dave McClure of 500 Startups, Joe Lonsdale of Palantir Technologies, Aman Verjee of Sonos, and others.
