San Diego-based CareFusion said this morning that it is selling its neurodiagnostics business to Natus Medical Incorporate, in a deal worth approximately $58M. CareFusion said its is selling off its CareFusion Nicolet business, in a cash deal, to simplify and focus its operations. Nicolet is based in Madison, Wisconsin, and had sales of approximately $95M in 2011. The business employs 400. CareFusion is a manufacturer of infusion pumps, ventilation and respiratory products, dispensing products, and a wide range of other health and medical equipment.
