Central Desktop Acquired By PGi

Pasadena-baesd Central Desktop, the developer of cloud-based collaboration and project management software, has become part of Atlanta-based PGi (Premier Global Services), a provider of collaboration software and services. The transaction occurred in October. Central Desktop was led by Isaac Garcia. PGi said that Central Desktop has a current projected annual revenue run rate of approximately $9M. Financial details of the deal were not announced by the companies.
