ChromaCode Names Chairman

Carlsbad-based genomics technology developer ChromaCode announced this morning that it has named Mark McDonough as Chairman. McDonough is the company's current CEO, and joined the company a year ago. The company also said its former Chair, Carol Gallagher, has retired, and it has also added Michele Park, Ph.D. to its board. Park is a Partner at venture investment firm NEA; she also has served at Clarus Ventures (now Blackstone Life Sciences), Credit Suisse, and Piper Jaffray.
