Chumby Links With Facebook, Twitter
San Diego-based Chumby, a firm which makes an Internet-connected, alarm-clock-like device, announced this morning that the company has added support for linking Facebook and Twitter to the firm's product. According to Chumby, it has added integration with both of those social services on the device. The integration allows users of Facebook to access and update status, see the latest photos posted by their friends, and see status updates; the Twitter integration includes showing the latest twitter updates, publishing tweets, and viewing profiles and doing searches.
