Clubspeed Buys KartingManager

Irvine-based software developer Clubspeed said on Monday that it has acquired KartingManager, a developer of software for go karting venues. Clubspeed develops venue management software for go karting centers, race tracks, trampoline parks, golf simulators and family entertainment centers. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Clubspeed said that the founder of KartingManager, Tomasz Kozlowski, will become Managing Director for International Operations at KartingManager.
