Cohu Loses Director

Poway-based Cohu, which develops semiconductor test equipment, said late Friday that one of its directors, Karl H. Funke, has resigned. According to Cohu, Funke's resignation was for personal reasons and did not involve any disagreement with Cohu. Funke has been on Cohu's board of directors since March of 2015; he was previously CEO of Multitest GmbH, a company in the IC test handling area.
