Coin Up Aims At Charity Donation

A new, San Diego startup, Coin Up, says it has launched an app which encourages millennials to give to their favorite charitable causes. According to the company, its mobile app lets charity donors take a personality quiz to find their charity giving style, and help "Next Gen" donors connect with causes they care about. Coin Up says it is supported by a grant from The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and in-kind support from IDEO, and is led by co-founder Leena Gupta.
