San Diego-based Continuous Computing said Thursday that it has acquired Embedded Solution Partners, a provider of embedded products and services. Continuous Computing said that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Embedded Solutions, including a team of key personnel from the company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Embedded Solution Partners is based in San Mateo, California. Jim Ritchie, CEO and co-founder of Embedded Solution Partners has joined Continuous Computing in conjunction with the acquisition, as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development.
