CoorsTek Acquires Gaiser Tool

Colorado-based CoorsTek, a provider of ceramics and components for the high tech market, said this morning that it has acquired Gaiser Tool Company, a high-quality ceramic precision tooling manufacturer based in Ventura. Gaiser Tool provides wire bonding technology and ceramic products used by the semiconductor industry. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Gaiser Tool also maintains operations in Tokyo, Japan, and was founded in 1962.
