CoreLogic Expands Board Of Directors

Irvine-based property information and data provider CoreLogic says it has expanded its board of directors, and has named J. Michael Shepherd to its board. Shepherd is currently Chairman of Bank of the West, and previously had been CEO of the bank from 2008 to 2016. He also served at The Bank of New York Company, Inc. and Shawmut National Corporation, in addition to serving as Senior Deputy Comptroller of the Currency, Associate Counsel to the President of the United States and Deputy Assistant Attorney General. Shepherd also sits on the boards of Pacific Mutual Holdings (the parent of the Pacific Life Insurance Company) and BNP Paribas USA; is on the advisory board of FTV Capital and Promontory Interfinancial Network; and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. CoreLogic says it now has twelve directors on its board, which is chaired by longtime technology veteran Paul Folino.
