Corent Adds Advisor

Aliso Viejo-based Corent Technology, which develops software that makes it easy for companies to convert their legacy applications into software-as-a-service, has added a new advisor, the firm said this week. Corent said it has added Mario Leone, former CIO of Ingram Micro, FIAT, Federal-Mogul and Dow Chemical, as an advisor. Leone will chair Corent's Executive Technology Advisory Board. Corent develops a softare platform which makes it easier for companies to modernize their enterprise IT architecture, helping them to extend legacy software into software-as-a-service. The firm's software helps turn any Java, PHP, or .Net application to SaaS. Leone is currently Managing Partner at Apri Technology Partners.
