Santa Monica-based Cornertone OnDemand, a provider of software-as-a-service tools for human resources management, said this week that it has added new social networking features to the firm's product. According to Cornerstone, it has introduced a new product called Cornerstone Connect, which will provide workforce collaboration to its customers. The new product provides online communities, user profiles, blogs, and wiki features for business collaboration. The new product connects into Cornerstone's existing talent management software. Cornerstone said the new tools are targeted at employee onboarding, internal recruiting, training and informal learning, partner and channel partners, and more.
