Dakim Announces Customer Wins
Santa Monica-based Dakim, which develops a brain fitness system targeted at seniors, said today that the firm's systems have now been installed at more than 150 senior living communities. The firm's products includes games and other exercises which help senior citizens combat dementia. Dakim's system is an Internet-connected, hardware device which is installed at senior living centers, and downloads regular updates and new features. Dakim is venture backed by Galen Partners, and has raised $10.6M in venture funding. The firm's CEO is Dan Michel, who was previously COO of BBDO Advertising.
