DataQuick Buys Title Firm

San Diego-based real estate information provider >a href="http://www.dataquick.com">DataQuick said it has acquired a title business, Rels Title. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. ATI Title COmpanies dba Rels Title is currently a subsidiary of Rels Title Services, LLC. The firm said the move would help provide a wider range of title and settlement services to the market. DataQuick provides property data, appraisals, automated valuation, title insurance and property information, and more to the real estate industry.
