Dave Names CTO

Los Angeles-based banking app developer Dave announced this morning that it ahs appointed Chien-Liang Chou as the company's Chief Technology Officer. Chou was previously the company's Executive Vice President of Engineering. Prior to Dave, Chou was Vice President of Engineering with Flexport, and he also served at VP, Technology at LendingClub, in addition to serving at such companies as Stockpile, LOYAL3, Salesforce.com, and FirstRain.
