Day Software Bolsters Board

Newport Beach-based Day Software, a developer of content management software, said this week that it has nominated Barry Bycoff and David Arnott to the firm's board of directors. Bycoff is currently Executive Chairman at Progress Software, and has previously served as a Venture Partner at Pequot Ventures, in addition to founding Netegrity. Arnott is CFO of TEMENOS Group AG, and also has served at Socieete Europeenne de Communication and Anglo-American plc. Publicly held Day said the two will stand for election on May 19 at the firm's annual shareholder meeting.
