Deluxe Buys Sfera For Cloud Software

Los Angeles-based Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, the provider of services to the entertainment and content industry, has acquired cloud-based localization provider Sfera. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Deluxe said it acquired Sfera, made up of Sfera Studios and Sfera Labs, and create a new division called Deluxe Localization. Sfera was based in Italy. Deluxe said the new division will have thousands of translators covering more than 50 languages, across 75 countries.
