Digital Insight Adds Multifactor Authentication Features

Calabasas-based Digital Insight said this morning that it has implemented new multifactor authentication solutions in its online banking products. The firm said that its new authentication capabilities meet an upcoming deadline set by the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) for implementing multi-factor authentication, which uses additional information and questions and answers to ensure customers are really who they say they are.
